Physical Products -

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.

 

If product arrives damaged -

Email kali@sknstone.com with pictures include. A replacement item will be shipped free of charge.

 

Coaching Purchases -

We do not offer refunds or transfers to other individuals for coaching packages. 

 

*24 hour cancellation policy -

if you are unable to make it to a scheduled training session with less than 24 hours notice you will be charged the full amount. 

6 month expiration -

After 6 months of inactive training unused training packages will expire.
